Your ceremony can take place either in the Gated Courtyard for a small, intimate ceremony or for a larger ceremony, you could get married in the ballroom, where historic windows flood the room with natural light during the day and chandeliers and candlelight take over at night. A Note on Cakes
Because the kitchen at The Hotel Monroe is strictly gluten-free, outside wedding cakes are welcome but require a specific protocol. Outside cakes cannot enter the hotel kitchen, and hotel staff cannot handle or serve them.

We coordinate directly with your cake designer, manage the setup using an elegant display, and handle the cutting and serving ourselves. Your cake moment happens beautifully. That is where the design has room to breathe and the guest experience feels curated rather than crowded. The ballroom can hold up to 300, and we can make that work beautifully, but if you want the space to feel intimate and intentional, that 150 to 200 range is where The Hotel Monroe truly shines.
